Thank you for visiting the Fashion Incubator San Francisco’s website (“Website”). The Fashion Incubator San Francisco is a 501(c)3 non-profit, located in San Francisco (to be referred to as “FISF” in this Agreement). “You” within this agreement shall mean any and all users accessing the Website.

PERSONAL INFORMATION STORED BY FISF
In order to carry out the services of FISF and to provide a great user experience, FISF may collect and store the following information about you:

Do Not Track Signals: FISF may (and FISF may allow third party service providers to) use cookies or similar technologies to collect information about your browsing activities over time and across different websites following your use of the Service. Our Service currently does not respond to "Do Not Track" (DNT) signals and operates as described in this Privacy Policy whether or not a DNT signal is received. If FISF does so in the future, it will describe how do so in an updated Privacy Policy.
COMMERCIAL AND NON-COMMERCIAL COMMUNICATION
By providing information to the Website, such as signing up for a newsletter or promotion, you waive all rights to file complaints concerning unsolicited email from FISF since you have agreed to such communication by providing your information to FISF. However, you may unsubscribe from certain communications by notifying FISF that you no longer wish to receive solicitations or information. FISF will remove you from the database, where you have the right to request this under the Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, or applicable law, or where FISF voluntarily decides to grant the request. FISF may still attempt communication regarding orders placed or outstanding payments owed. You agree to allow this type of communication regardless of requests to be removed from marketing communication.
DONATION AND APPLICATION PAYMENT PROCESSING
FISF is grateful for all donations and thanks those who contribute to the on-going mission of FISF. FISF does not save any credit card information of any users who make payments to FISF online. FISF uses third-party Paypal to process all payments. FISF encourages any users who are making payments to FISF to review the Paypal privacy policies. CHILDREN’S ONLINE PRIVACY PROTECTION ACT
The FISF website is directed to adults, over the age of 18. FISF does not knowingly collect information from children under 13 years of age or have any reasonable grounds for believing that persons under the age of 13 are accessing the Website. If FISF discovers any inadvertently collected Personal Information of a person under the age of 13, that information will be swiftly deleted from its’ records. FISF welcomes residents of the State of California to use its Website, and complies with the California Business and Professions Code §§ 22575-22579. If you are a California resident you may request certain information regarding our disclosure of personal information to any third parties for their direct marketing purposes. FISF will try to comply with your request as soon as reasonably practicable.

If FISF changes its Privacy Policy, FISF will post an updated version of this Privacy Policy on the Website so that you and other users are always aware of what information is collected, how it is used, and under what circumstances, if any, FISF discloses it.
