About the Workshop Leader

Lana Hogue has worked in garment manufacturing for over 40 years with extensive experience in sourcing, production, quality assurance, and operations. She's passionate about ethical manufacturing - both local and offshore where her language skills are needed in Cantonese and Spanish. Lana has been an employee or consultant to hundreds of companies from start-ups to $15 billion in sales. Having worked for 6 years on a compliance project with the Department of Labor, she is well versed in California garment labor law.
