Are you wondering if or how to reschedule or cancel events and orders you committed to pre-Shelter in place?
Have you found yourself hearing and googling the term force majeure?
We understand; the way the fashion industry is conducting business right now has rapidly shifted from previous expectations and plans. That’s why we created this event.
This is a live online seminar to give you the permission and tools to re-evaluate commitments you made for your business.
This seminar will discuss several common scenarios the Fashion Incubator San Francisco (FiSF) is hearing from business leaders. Our Designers-in-Residence are asking how they can strategically renegotiate contracts to protect their businesses today and while maintaining positive long-term relationships with service providers and customers. We decided to create a forum for our broader community to also learn and get answers.
FiSF in partnership with K&L Gates will offer solutions intended to provide win-win resolutions to contract renegotiations.
PRESENTER: Alidad Vakili
Alidad Vakili regularly counsels both domestic and international companies on structuring, financing, development and other strategic transactional and compliance issues, primarily in the technology and renewable energy sectors.
