About Devan Gregori

Devan is a San Francisco-born designer, creator & entrepreneur. Her passion for art & language led her to France, after having graduated from UC Berkeley, where she pursued a second degree in Fashion Design. Fueled with inspiration from her work and travels in Europe and then Mexico, she moved back to California knowing she wanted to start her own label.

For a brief period, Devan managed a retail store in Berkeley, and it was during this time that the seed for her label’s concept was planted. She noticed women making excuses for their bodies when trying on clothes, the anxiety and shame sometimes becoming too overwhelming. Having struggled herself with disordered eating and body dysmorphia during her early adulthood, Devan could more than empathize.

The concept for Devan's label was born out of a deep desire for women to feel confident in their bodies and to mend their relationship with clothing and body image. She launched her eponymous label in 2019 with a mission of helping people feel like the best versions of themselves through honest, fun(ctional) and beautifully-designed clothing. Approachable statement pieces designed to integrate with any wardrobe are paired with core silhouettes that have deep pockets, sashes to accentuate any waist and elastic in addition to zippers at the waistline for ease and comfort.
