Linkid.jpg

Leaders of large and small retailers will share their wisdom on staying resilient and how they create joyful & safe shopping experiences.

About this Event

THIS EVENT IS VIRTUAL, HELD VIA ZOOM. LINK TO ZOOM WILL BE EMAILED TO REGISTRANTS.

This year has brought significant changes within the retail and fashion industries. Since the emergence of COVID-19, we have seen the evolution of where and how consumers are shopping. Retailers have to re-evaluate and plan new ways to create an enjoyable and inviting browsing experience at their stores while considering the safety and wellbeing of their customers and the retail teams. In a short amount of time, resilient retailers, like the ones featured in this panel quickly reconfigured the in-store shopping experience and their virtual offerings to support the customers in their shopping journey. As our daily routines are changing, customers are finding new ways to connect with retailers, and the retailers are altering offerings to inspire shoppers and ease any difficulties of shopping in-person.

Topics we’ll be discussing that focus on the new shopping experience and customers’ safety:

  • Creating a welcoming atmosphere within the new COVID-19 limitations

  • Pick up and delivery process

  • COVID-19 trends (what do shoppers want?)

  • Interaction and engaging with customers (how do you maintain and develop relationships with customers, especially now?)

  • Implementing safe shopping experiences

  • Developing unique and joyful shopping moments

This event is open to the public, held online via Zoom, and we invite you all to this lively discussion featuring large and small retailers.
